Panda conservation takes precedence over protection of all species

Jacha created this installation then photographed to show his feelings about China’s panda conservation effort which is in stark contrast to their stance on conservation of other species.

Jacha’s explanation of the piece:This piece is not about killing pandas, it’s an awareness piece. How can a nation spend so much money protecting one animal (panda) while at the same time allowing the trade of other animal parts to continue, pushing those other species to the point of extinction. (Rhino horn and Pangolin scales just two examples) Can’t they see all animals are vulnerable to human activity and as such should all be protected!
