Remembering Great Apes

One of Jacha's photographs has been chosen to be part of the Remembering Wildlife books.

2018 will see the third book in the Remembering Wildlife series, this time with ‘Remembering Great Apes’. The first two books, Remembering Elephants and Remembering Rhinos have so far raised more than £275,000 for conservation projects via their partner The Born Free Foundation. The series was founded by wildlife photographer Margot Raggett, who was prompted to take action after seeing a poached elephant. She started asking fellow wildlife photographers if they would donate images for a fund-raising book and the series was born.

Jacha is truly honoured to have one of his photos featuring in this years book. His shot of a Bornean Orangutan and its baby will be included in Remembering Great Apes, released in October 2018. Proceeds from the sale of the book will go towards helping apes.
